Long Island Regents Prep offers one-day, six-hour Regents, AP, SAT, and ACT review courses at Farmingdale State College. Each review class runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is divided into six thematic sessions that cover essential subject matter, offer test-taking strategies, and review practice questions for the New York State Regents, Advanced Placement, SAT, and ACT exams. Students receive review materials at check-in and leave their courses with a firmer grasp of the subject and greater confidence to succeed on their exams.

Regents Review Classes

Our Regents Prep courses cover essential content and skills for each NYS Regents Exam. Students receive a packet that reviews the subject matter and provides practice Regents questions, including multiple-choice, free-response, and essay questions, depending on the class. As NYS-certified teachers, we aim not only to help students pass the Regents, but to ensure they excel on their NYS Regents exams.

*For 2021, we are offering ONLINE Regents Review Classes for Living Environment, Earth Science, and Algebra 1.*

Online AP Review Courses

Our Advanced Placement Review Courses are designed to prepare students for their college-level AP exams in May. Students receive a packet that reviews the AP subject matter and provides practice AP questions, including multiple-choice, free-response, and essay questions, depending on the class. All review instructors are NYS-certified, current AP teachers.

*For 2021, we are offering two class options for online learning. The first is our Six-Hour Review, which will carefully review the entire course from 9am to 4pm during Saturday before the AP exam. The second option is our new AP Crash Course, a last-chance review held the evening before each AP exam, from 5pm to 9pm.*

SAT and ACT Crash Courses

Our SAT Review Classes and ACT Review Classes have been designed by a NYS-certified teacher who has tutored for other highly-reputable test preparation companies, and his students have an average score improvement of 300 points. The combined Critical Reading and Mathematics SAT Review Course is divided into six sessions that cover reading, SAT vocabulary, writing, and mathematics. Our custom SAT and ACT review books take students through the test-taking strategies they’ll need to improve their SAT and ACT scores.
